Nashville TN July 4 2009 
Longtime Tennessee Titan football player Steve McNair found shot to death.
Metro Nashville police have confirmed that Steve McNair who played 12 seasons in the NFL and was a starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans was found shot to death in downtown Nashville early this morning.
A female was also found shot to death in the same vehicle.
Metro police do not know at this time if it is a double homicide or a murder-suicide and the investigation is continuing at this hour.
McNair retired from football last year.

PAGELAND HWY 601 SOUTH IS CLOSED DOWN!
A serious accident on Pageland highway near Macedonia Church Rd has closed down the road in both directions.
Four people confirmed injured including one person who is pinned in the vehicle.
Emergency Helicopter is on it’s way and will land on 601 South.
STAY CLEAR OF AREA!
